Add approved collaborators and give each person the least access needed.
Invite
Invite members from workspace Settings. Invitation tokens are handled by the app and should be shared only with the intended recipient.
Assign roles
Roles determine administrative and workflow privileges. Membership is rechecked server-side for workspace-scoped operations.
