Terms

Use Tigess with explicit authorization and review.

These terms set public expectations around authorized scope, account responsibility, evidence interpretation, bounded execution and prohibited conduct.

01

Overview

These public terms are an overview and do not replace an applicable signed agreement, order form or legal advice.

02

Permitted use

Use Tigess only for lawful OSINT, public-intelligence, security, risk, compliance, research or investigation work with a legitimate purpose and appropriate authorization.

03

Account responsibility

Keep credentials, session links and API keys secure. Account users are responsible for targets, scope, module and tool choices, reports, exports and people they invite.

04

Active workflows

External-source, download and target-contacting behavior must remain inside explicit scope. Plan entitlement never overrides workspace approval, responsible-use acceptance or target-safety checks.

05

Evidence and findings

Collected evidence, graphs, findings, assistant output, reports and exports are review aids. They do not guarantee discovery, ownership, vulnerability, compromise, compliance or legal conclusions.

06

Prohibited activity

No credential attacks, unauthorized exploitation, brute force, denial of service, malware, evasion, persistence, covert access, bypassing access controls, spam, harassment, stalking or doxxing.

07

Sensitive data

Do not place credentials, keys, private records or unsanitized customer data into public pages or unsupported workflows. Use an approved handling process for authorized sensitive material.

08

Plans and credits

Public plan facts come from the shared billing catalogue. Applicable billing, renewal, support, retention and procurement terms are confirmed in the product flow or signed agreement.

09

Availability

Tigess does not promise uninterrupted availability or complete coverage on this public page. Source configuration, target response, safety boundaries and execution ceilings can limit results.

This page does not publish an unconfirmed legal entity, registered address, company number, VAT number or governing law. Applicable contracting details belong in the signed agreement.
