Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to our services. However, you grant us a license to use, process, and analyze your content to provide and improve our services. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content based on your inputs.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI may not be unique to you and could be similar to content generated for other users. You're responsible for ensuring any content you publish or use commercially complies with applicable laws.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as required by law.

Price Changes

We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals.

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice. We may also impose usage limits or restrictions as needed to ensure fair use and service quality.

AI Limitations

Our AI services are provided “as is” and may not always be accurate, complete, or reliable. AI-generated content should be reviewed and verified before use in important decisions or applications.

No Professional Advice

Our services are not intended to provide professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.). Always consult qualified professionals for specific advice in these areas.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
